戊酸雌二醇用于围绝经期及绝经后激素补充治疗65例临床分析

目的探讨戊酸雌二醇(商品名:克龄蒙)用于围绝经期和绝经后激素补充治疗(HRT)的临床疗效。方法选择65例有更年期症状的围绝经期及绝经后妇女,使用克龄蒙进行HRT 6个月,用药前后行Kupperman评分,测定促卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇、总胆固醇(CHOL)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平。结果治疗后更年期症状开始缓解,Kupperman评分下降、雌二醇升高,达增生期水平,血FSH、CHOL、TG、LDL下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论克龄蒙能有效缓解围绝经期及绝经后症状,保护子宫内膜、调节血脂代谢、预防心血管疾病,是安全、有效的HRT药物。

The Effects of Climen for Hormone Replacement Therapy in Perimenopausal and Postmenopausal:A Clincal Analysis of 65 Cases

Objective To investigate the effect of Climen for hormone replacement therapy(HRT)in perimenopausal and postmenopausal patients.Methods 65 peri-and postmenopausal women were treated for 6 months with Climen in a cyclical sequential HRT regimen.Climacteric symptoms were determined by Kupperman score.Serum levels of FSH,E2 and CHOL,TG,LDL,HDL were evaluated at baseline and at the sixth month.Results After 6 months,climacteric sysptoms were relieved and Kupperman score was decreased significantly,and the serum level of E2 increased reaching the level of follicular phase,while FSH,CHOL,TG,LDL were decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Climen is a highly effective HRT medicine in relieving climacteric symptoms including vasomotor and psychological symptoms,while it is a safe treatment for preventing endometrial hyperplasia,improving blood lipid metabolism and preventing cardiovascular diseases.
