孕期吸烟与被动吸烟影响妊娠结局的研究进展

吸烟会带来一系列的健康问题,而孕期吸烟或者被动吸烟的危害更大。国内外的专家采用了多种研究方法,证实烟草中的化合物对孕妇和胎儿均有害。接触烟雾的孕妇在妊娠期间早产、流产和死胎的风险及各种并发症的风险将大大增加,且对妊娠结局产生较大影响。今后应加强针对孕妇的有关香烟烟雾危害的健康教育工作,从而使孕妇最终能够有效回避香烟烟雾的危害。

Smoking brings a series of health problems,while smoking or passive smoking during pregnancy are more dangerous.Domestic and foreign experts have confirmed that the compounds in tobacco are harmful to pregnant women and fetuses with a variety of research methods.Exposure of tobacco smoke during pregnancy may induce premature birth,miscarriage,stillbirth,other complications and have a great impact on pregnant outcome.Education on the harm of tobacco to the pregnant women should be strengthened in the future to finally avoid tobacco injury to pregnant women.
