高脂饮食的研究进展

摘    要:脂肪是必需脂肪酸和脂溶性维生素的来源,饮食中必须补充足够的脂肪含量。高脂饮食在提供足够营养素的同时,也对机体产生了诸多不利的影响。近年来研究显示,高脂饮食是肥胖、胰岛素抵抗、高脂血症、心血管疾病、2型糖尿病和肿瘤发生、发展的主要危险因素。对饮食中脂肪含量以及脂肪成分的研究有利于防治多种疾病的发生、发展。

Abstract:Fat is a good source of essential fatty acid and lipovitamin,which must be sufficiently included in the diets.Though high fat diet provide enough nutrients for organism,it also does many harms to body health.Researches in recent years show that high fat diet is a main risk of the genesis and development of obesity,insulin resistance,hyperlipidemia,cardiovascular diseases,type 2 diabetes mellitus and tumors.Research on fat content and fat profiles of diet will benefit the prevention of the occurrence and development of many diseases.
