150例脊柱侧弯畸形患者的MRI和X线平片对照研究

目的对磁共振成像(MRI)和X线平片在脊柱侧弯畸形诊断中的作用进行对比。方法收集2009年3～12月于我院诊治的150例脊柱侧弯患者,对其MRI及X线平片的影像表现进行比较。结果 150例患者中,X线平片检出椎体骨质畸形19例,MRI检出椎体骨质畸形18例;MRI检出中央管扩张9例,脊髓空洞5例,Chiari畸形9例,神经纤维瘤病1例,栓系综合征2例。磁共振与X线平片在检出中央管扩张、脊髓空洞、Chiari畸形方面比较,差异具有统计学意义。结论 X线平片的优点是方便、价廉;缺点是不能展示椎体的三维结构。MRI对软组织病变显示效果好;缺点是扫描速度慢、易受金属伪影影响、部分患者存在禁忌证。

Comparison Study of MRI and X-ray Film in 150 Cases of Scoliosis

Objective To evaluate the clinical application of MRI and X-ray in scoliosis diagnosis.Methods 150 cases of scoliosis were collected from March 2009 to December 2009 in our hospital,and theMRI and X-ray imaging performance were compared.Results Among the 150 cases of patients,X-ray plain film detection of vertebral bone deformity in 19 cases,MRI detected vertebral bone deformity in 18 cases;MRI detected expansion of the central canal in 9 cases,syringomyelia in 5 cases,Chiari deformity in 9 cases,neurofibromatosis in 1 case,tethered syndrome in 2 cases.Differences in detection of central canal expansion,syringomyelia,and Chiari deformity between MRI and X-ray were statistically significant.Conclusion X-ray advantages are convenient,inexpensive;while its drawback is that two-dimensional stack image.MRI shows good effect on the soft tissue lesions;while its disadvantage is slow scanning,metal artifacts,and contraindications of some patients.
