小鼠模型在甲状腺癌研究中的应用进展

甲状腺癌是最常见的甲状腺恶性肿瘤,我国近年甲状腺癌的发病率呈逐年上升趋势。小鼠动物模型在研究甲状腺癌的发生、发展及药物治疗中发挥着重要作用,目前用于甲状腺癌研究的主要小鼠模型包括自发性小鼠模型、诱发性小鼠模型、基因工程小鼠模型、移植性小鼠模型和最新报道的在特定时间和特定组织激活或灭活靶基因的限制性小鼠模型。

Advances on Mouse Models Application in Thyroid Cancer Research

Thyroid cancer is the most common malignant thyroid tumor.In recent years,the incidence of thyroid cancer is in an uptrend year by year in China.The experiments on mice have played an important role in studying the occurrence,development and drug therapy of thyroid cancer.Presently the major mouse model being used in studying thyroid cancer includes spontaneous,suppressive,genetic,transplanted and restricted mouse model reported recently activating or inactivating genes at a particular time and tissue.
