血管内皮生长因子治疗缺氧缺血性脑损伤的研究进展

血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)是一种广泛存在于机体组织的细胞因子,一直作为增加血管通透性最强的物质之一被广泛研究与应用。近年来,国内外研究发现VEGF具有神经保护作用,它可以抑制脑细胞的凋亡,促进神经元、神经胶质细胞的生长、存活。不同的给药时间以及给药途径在很大程度上影响其作用的发挥。现就VEGF治疗缺氧缺血性脑损伤的研究概况予以综述。

Research Progress of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Treatment for Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy

Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)is a kind of cytokines widespread in the body tissue,which has been studied and applied widely as one of the most effective substance increasing vascular permeability.In resent years,it′s found that VEGF plays a role in neuroprotection in both domestic and oversea researches,which can restrain the apoptosis of brain cells,promote growth and survival of the neurons and glial cells.Different time and routes of administration affect its effect a lot.Here is to make a review on the progress of VEGF treatment methods in hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.
