| 摘 要： | 多发性硬化是一种中枢神经系统的自身免疫性脱髓鞘疾病,好发于青壮年。目前对其尚无肯定有效的治疗方法,主要的治疗方法有:①皮质类固醇激素;②干扰素β;③醋酸格拉太咪尔;④盐酸米托蒽醌;⑤硫唑嘌呤;⑥环磷酰胺;⑦免疫球蛋白;⑧血浆置换;⑨干细胞移植。

| Abstract: | Multiple sclerosis(MS)is a demyelinating disease affecting central nervous system induced by autoimmune disorder.Morbility of MS prone to manhood.At present,the affirmative therapy of MS is deficient,the major therapy include:①Corticosteroid hormone,②Interferon-beta,③Glatiramer acetate,④Mitoxantrone,⑤Azathioprine,⑥Cyclophosphamide,⑦Immunoglobulin,⑧Plasmapheresis,⑨Stem-cell transplantation. |
