失眠患者动态脑电图睡眠期观察与分析

目的探讨动态脑电图对失眠患者睡眠期的观察与定量分析,以评价睡眠效率的意义。方法失眠患者61例,正常对照组25例,分别进行睡眠问卷及动态脑电图检查。结果失眠组与正常对照组14项睡眠参数中有8项(总睡眠时间、睡眠潜伏期、S215 min睡眠潜伏期、NTEM、S2期觉醒次数、睡眠效率、睡眠周期)差异有显著性;失眠组客观检查和主观估计的总睡眠时间分别为(338.68±65.56)min和(235.46±93.43)min,差异有非常显著性;主观失眠和客观失眠的14项睡眠参数中除S1期,REM潜伏期、运动次数差异无显著性外,其余各项差异均有显著性。结论动态脑电图观察及定量分析可区分主观性失眠与客观性失眠,可客观测量睡眠效率,是评价失眠严重程度的主要诊断依据,而睡眠周期只能做为参考。

Observation of the Dynamic EEG on Insomniacs

[Objective] To explore the significance of using dynamic EEG to evaluate the sleeping efficiency of the insomniacs.[Methods] 61 cases of insomnia and 25 cases of normal people were examined with questionnaires and dynamic EEG.[Results] Through dynamic EEG observation and quantitative analysis on both subjective and objective insomniacs,difference has been found between the estimation after awaken and the sleep parameter record in dynamic EEG.[Conclusion] Objective sleeping efficiency is a major basis for diagnosing insomnia,while the sleeping cycle can be only used as a reference.
