| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨抗心磷脂抗体与妊娠高血压的关系。方法 :对 1 30例正常孕妇 (对照组 ) ,77例妊娠高血压孕妇 (研究组 )其中包括轻度 32例 ,中度 2 5例 ,重度 2 0例采用酶联免疫吸附法测定血清抗心磷脂抗体IgM(ACAIgM)。结果 :研究组中轻度妊高征阳性率为 31 .3%,中度妊高征阳性率为 2 8%,与对照组比较 ( 1 5 .38%)阳性率虽高 ,但统计学上 ,差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )重度妊高征ACA阳性率为 45 %,明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :抗心磷脂抗体阳性可能与妊高征的程度相关

| Abstract: | Objective:Tostudy the relationship beteen anticardiolipin antibodies(ACA) and pregnacy induced hypertension syndrom(PIH).Method:Level of serum ACA were determined by enzyme linked immunoabsorbent assay in 130 nomal pregnant women (control group) and 77 patients (study group).The study included mild PIH (n=32),moderate PIH(n=25),severe PIH(n=20).Results:The postive rates of mild PIH were 31.3%,the postive rates of moderate PIH were 28%.The ACA levels in mild and moderate PIH were not statistically significant than the control(15.38%) (P>0.05).The postive rates of severe PIH were 45%, but in severePIH was significantly higher (P<0.05).Conclusion:Anticardiolipin antibodies could maken PIH heavier. |
