泮托拉唑两周疗法治疗慢性胃炎伴糜烂的临床研究

目的 :比较泮托拉唑与奥美拉唑两周疗法治疗慢性胃炎伴糜烂的临床疗效及安全性。方法 :10 0例经胃镜证实为慢性胃炎伴糜烂患者 ,随机入选泮托拉唑 (A组 )与奥美拉唑 (B组 )治疗组 ,每组 5 0例。A与B两组分别被给予泮托拉唑 4 0mgqd× 14d及奥美拉唑 2 0mgqd× 14d ,如幽门螺杆菌 (Hp)阳性再加克拉霉素 2 5 0mgbid× 7d和替硝唑 5 0 0mgbid× 7d。比较两组的疗效及不良反应。结果 :A与B组总疗效分别为 93.6 %及 97.8% ,疗效无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;A组两周治疗疼痛总有效率 (93.6 % )与B组 (97.8% )相似 ;Hp根除率A组 (88.2 % )和B组 (85 .7% )之间无显著性差异 ;每组各有 10例复查胃镜 ,糜烂消失各为 7例和 8例 ;两组不良反应发生率无显著性差异。结论 :泮托拉唑与奥美拉唑相比 ,对慢性胃炎伴糜烂具有同样的有效性和安全性。

A Comparison of Pantoprazole vs Omeprazole in Two Weeks Treatment in Chronic Gastritis Accompany with Erosion

Objective: To compare the effect and safety of pantoprazole and omeprazole in two weeks treatment of chronic gastritis accompany with erosion. Method: 100 patients with endoscopically confirmed chronic gastritis accompany with erosion were randomly divided into group A treated with pantoprazole and group B treated with omeprazole. Each group has 50 cases. Group A was received pantoprazole 40mg q.d and group B received omeprazole 20 mg. qd for two weeks. Clarithromycin 250 mg, bid and tinidazole 500 mg,bid for 7 days were added in Helicobacter Pylori(Hp)-positive cases.Effect and side effect were compared between the two groups. Result: The overall efficacy rafe between group A ( 93.6%) and B( 97.8%) had no significant difference. The eradication rates of Hp was no significant difference between group A ( 88.2%) and group B ( 85.7%).10 cases of each group were examied with endoscopy again. 7 cases of Erosion was dismissed in group A and 8 cases in group B. No difference was seen in side effect between the two groups. Conclusion: Pantoprazole has the same effect and safety compare with omeprazole in two weeks treatment of chronic gastritis accompany with erosion.
