12例视神经间接损伤疗效分析

目的 探讨视神经间接损伤的发病机制，内、外科治疗及其效果。方法 分析视神经间接损伤的内、外科治疗１２例１２只眼临床资料。结果 经视神经减压手术和皮质类固醇治疗后，８例视力无光感者视力无改善；４例视力指数以上者均有改善，最好视力达１．２。结论 内、外科治疗成功关键主要取决于伤后的视力状况，再则是受伤至治疗的时间。

The surgery therapy and effects for optic nerve injury

Objective Probe to the mechanism of inderect optic nerve trauma its medicine and surgery therapy and effects.Methods Analyse clinical therapy data of 12 cases with 12 eyes which got the inderect optic nerve trauma.Results After the operation of optic nerrve decompress and cortex steroid cure,8 cases without NLP failed to improve their vision,butt the other 4 cases over the CF got the improvement upmost to 1.2.Conclusions The key to the success of medicine and surgery therapy depends on the vision situation after injury,moreover the duration between injury and therapy also makes sense.
