| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨泪小管、泪总管阻塞段切除术新的治疗途径，减少并发症。方法 泪囊前壁切开，自泪囊内行泪小管阻塞段切除。结果 术后随访４月～４年，总有效率为９２％，无严重并发症。结论 自泪囊内行泪小管阻塞段切除术是治疗上泪道阻塞安全、可靠的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To seek for the new way of the operation for resecting the obstruction part of lacrimal canaliculi and general lacrimal passage and reduce the complications.Method The front wall of lacrimal sac was incised and the obstrution part of the lacrimal canaliculi was rescected from the intralacrimal sac.Result All the patients were followed up for four months to four years.The effective rate was 92% and there was no serious complication.Conclusion It is a safe and dependable method by resecting the obstraction part of lacrimal canaliculi from the intralacrimal sac. |
