硅油取出术42例临床分析

目的　观察视网膜脱离硅油取出术后效果及探讨硅油取出的最佳时机。方法　对 42例施行过玻璃体视钢膜手术及硅油填充眼 ,采用平坦部双切口等方法取出硅油。结果　术后视网膜保持复位 35只眼 (83% ) ,7只眼再脱离 ;术后视力 :0 .0 2以上 2 0只眼 (45 % ) ,其中 0 .1以上 6只眼。结论　硅油注入术后 ,如视网膜稳定复位 ,最佳取出硅油时机为 3～ 6个月 ,对可疑视网膜裂孔或发生新裂孔的病例 ,取出硅油前 1月左右行氩激光视网膜光凝。

Clinical investigation of 42 case of silicone oil removal

Objective To observe the effect of silicone oil removed and fond the optional time.Method Silicone oil removal was performed on 42 cases who had received vitreous retinal surgery and silicone oil injection,with biblade in pars plana.Result There were 35 eyes (83 percent) remaining reattachment after operation and seven eyes (17 percent) getting recurrent retinal detachment,20 eyes postoperative vision acute were above 0.02,and 6 eyes among them were above 0.1.Conclusion After silicone oil injection,to those with stable retinal reattachment,the optimal time of silicone oil removal is three to six months,to those with possible retinal hole or neohole,it's necessary to perform retinal pthtocoagulation with Argon laser about one month before silicone oil removal.
