摘    要:目的 建立眼眶计算机三维测量方法,指导眼眶外伤的整复治疗。方法 应用三维CT影像技术和计算机图像处理技术,结合自编的眼眶三维测量软件,对15具成人头颅标本30只眼眶进行直接测量和三维影像测量的比较研究。结果 直接测量和三维影像测量结果无显著性差异,各项测量数据的平均误差小于5%,测量指标实用、可靠,测量项目能真实反映眼眶的实际形状和大小。结论 眼眶三维测量方法的结果准确稳定,具有较高的准确度和精确

Abstract:Objective Establishment of the method of computer orbital three -dimensional measurement. Method Using three - dimensional CT imaging and computer imaging processing, combining the program of orbital three - dimensional measurement. A comparetive study between the direct measurement and the three - dimensional imaging measurement was carried out on thirty orbits of fiftween adult skull samples. Results Nosignificant difference was detected between the results of the direct measurement and the three-dimensional imaging measurement, the average bias error of various measuring parameters is less than 5%,the measuring guidelines of the orbital three - dimensional measurement are utility and reliable, may allow to reflect really the shape and size of the orbit. Conclusion The results of the orbital three -dimensional imaging measurement is more accurate and precise, the method can satisfied the clinical needs of orbital measurement.
