| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨激光进一步应用于视网膜脱离术后一些复杂裂孔的光凝治疗。方法 对４３例４３眼视网膜脱离术后特殊复杂性裂孔行光凝治疗。结果 ３４眼（７９．１％）裂孔封闭，脱离视网膜复位。结论 在视网膜脱离的治疗中，进一步地应用激光光凝，能提高视网膜脱离复位手术的成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective To probe the further applying of laser photocoagulation in the treatment of some special retinal tears after retinal detachment surgery.Methods Laser photocoagulation was performed in a series of 43 cases (43 eyes) that had unhealed retinal tears in special situation after surgery.Result Among 43eyes,34eyes (79.1%) retinal tears had been healed and the retinas reattached.Conclusion The further applying of laser photocoagulation is helpful in the treatment of retinal detachment. |
