尼麦角林治疗慢性脑供血不足的疗效观察

目的：观察尼麦角林（乐喜林）治疗慢性脑供血血不足（CCCD的疗效。方法：慢性脑供血不足患者96例，其中随机分为两组，尼麦角林组给予尼麦角林5mg口服，3次／口，连服4周；对照组给予尼莫地平20mg口服，3次／日，连服4周，并观察经颅彩色多谱勒超卢（TCD）、简易精神状态检查赞表（MMSE）治疗前后的两组之间的变化。结果：采X^2检验、配对资料t检验，治疗4周，头晕、头重改变，尼麦角林组总有效率93．75％，尼莫地叩组总有效率91．67％，两组之间无显著性差异；TCD治疗后血流速度与频谱形态的改变两组间无短著性差异。MMSE治疗前后两组间无显著性差异，但自身对照治疗前后有品著性差异。两组均无明显药相关的不良反应。结论：尼麦角林每天60mg时治疗是安全有效。
