绝经后子宫内膜腺囊型增生与癌变的关系探讨

目的:探讨绝经后子宫内膜腺囊型增生与癌变的关系。方法:回顾总结131例绝经后子宫出血病例中23例子宫内膜腺囊型增生在不同时间演变为癌前病变和癌的情况。结果:23例子宫内膜腺囊型增生病例,有3例分别于治疗后17、23、27个月再次出血,诊刮为腺瘤样增生1例,不典型增生1例,子宫内膜癌1例。结论:绝经后子宫内膜腺囊型增生不是癌前病变,但有转变为癌前病变的倾向,应积极治疗,密切随访。

The Relationship between Cystic Hyperplasia of Endometrium after Menopause and Canceration

Objective: To study the relationship between cystic hyperplasia of endometrium after menopause and canceration. Method: Among 131 cases with uterine bleeding after menopause, 23 patients with cystic hyperplasia of endometruim which changed into cancer or precancerons lesion at different time were retrospecti time. Results: Of 23 patients with cystic hyperplasia of endometrium. 3 cases were found to bleed in uterine again 17,23,27months later after treatment.The diagnostic results showed that they developed adenomatous hyperplasia, atypical hyperplasia and carcinoma of endometrium, respectively. Conclusion: Cystic hyperplasia of endometrium afier menopause is not precancerous lesion,but it tends to change into precancerous lesion,It should be actively treated and followed up.
