金莲花种子休眠和贮藏特性的研究

摘    要:目的通过对金莲花种子休眠和贮藏特性的研究,探寻解除金莲花种子休眠的方法,为其贮藏提供方法和依据。方法采用不同激素处理种子,考察对解除金莲花种子休眠特性的影响;采取低温贮藏方法研究种子耐储性。结果10、100、500μg/mLNAA、6-BA、KT、GA3激素处理,500μg/mLGA3解除金莲花种子休眠效果最好;GA3500、1000μg/mL冷浸4~10d均能高效解除金莲花种子休眠,而1000μg/mL冷浸4d效果最佳;GA31000μg/mL冷处理金莲花种子4d不同温度比较,25℃的萌发率最高,为94.67%;金莲花种子在4℃、-20℃和-70℃冷藏14个月后萌发率没有明显下降,而在室温条件下,随贮藏时间延长,萌发率明显下降,由94.67%降至75.33%。结论GA3能有效解除金莲花种子的休眠;低温贮藏可以延长金莲花种子的活力。

Abstract:Objective To explore the methods of relieving the seed dormancy and offering means and basis for storage by study of Trollius chinensis Bge.. Methods Different hormones were applied to observe the effect of seed dormancy, and low-temperature storage was applied to research the ability of seed storage. Results The treatment of 500 μg/mL GA3 is the best way to relieve dormancy among the treated of 10, 100, 500μg/mL NAA, 6-BA, KT, and GA3, germination rate is up to 94.67% in the temperature of 25℃ after the 4-days treated of 1 000μg/mL GA3, germination rates have not been decreased obviously in the storage of 4℃, -20℃ and -70℃ after 14 months, but germination rate has been decreased obviously from 94.67% to 75.33% in the storage of room temperature with the process of storing. Conclusions The best method of relieving seed dormancy is the treated of GA3, low-temperature storage can last the vigor of seeds.
