综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症128例

腰椎间盘突出症又称腰椎间盘纤维环破裂症。属中医学＂腰腿痛＂、＂痹症＂范畴。其发病主要与气血不足,肝肾亏虚,风寒湿邪外袭,痹阻经络及损伤、劳损等有关。临床主要表现为腰背部疼痛和坐骨神经痛,脊柱侧弯,运动受限,并且常常反复发作。采用中药内服、外敷、针灸、火罐、牵引、手法复位及自我功能锻炼,内外兼治、标本兼顾,祛邪扶正等综合治疗本病临床疗效显著。

128 Cases of Lumbar Disc Hernia Treated by Comprehensive Therapy

Lumbar disc hernia is also known as ＂thigh and leg pains＂ and ＂bi syndrome＂ in TCM.The etiologies are deficiency of blood and qi,deficiency of liver and kidney,wind-clod-dampness attacking meridian and collateral,and overstrain.The main clinical manifestations are repeated postoperative back pains,sciatica,scliosis,and difficulty in movement.The comprehensive therapy on treating LDh had good clinical efficacy,including oral Chinese herbs,external application,acupuncture,cupping glass,distraction,manual reduction and functional exercise.
