老年人社区获得性肺炎中医辨证治疗概要

基于近年来有关中医药诊疗社区获得性肺炎（CAP）文献,结合长期的临床实践与研究结果,总结了老年人CAP的临床特点,认为其基本病机为痰热壅肺兼见气阴两虚、痰浊阻肺兼见肺脾气虚。提出了常见证候为实证类（风热犯肺证、外寒内热证、痰热壅肺证、痰湿壅肺证）、正虚邪恋类（肺脾气虚证、气阴两虚证）、危重变证类（热陷心包证、邪陷正脱证）三证类八证候及其临床特征,拟订了有关证候诊断标准,并总结了辨证治疗规律。为老年人CAP的中医药辨证治疗提供了重要依据。
