大孔吸附树脂法分离精制芍药甘草汤

摘    要:目的筛选分离芍药甘草汤的最佳树脂,确定树脂精制芍药甘草汤的最佳工艺。方法以芍药苷、甘草苷、甘草酸的静态、动态吸附量和脱附率为指标对5种树脂进行筛选,并通过单因素试验确定分离精制芍药甘草汤的最优操作条件。结果HPD100树脂具有较好的吸附性能和解吸效果,其分离精制芍药甘草汤的最佳工艺为:洗脱溶媒乙醇浓度为70%,树脂用量与生药量的比值为1:1,上样液的浓度为0.05g生药/mL。在此工艺条件下HPD100对芍药苷、甘草苷、甘草酸的保留率依次为79.1%、80.6%、74.3%。结论从指标性成分保留率来看,HPD100能较好的精制芍药甘草汤。

Abstract:Objective To select the best macroporous resin and set up the method for separation and refinement of Shaoyao Gancao decoction. Methods Take static and dynamic adsorption and desorption rate of paeoniflorin, glycyrrhizin, glycyrrhizic acid as index for screening the best one from five resins and then through single-factor test to determine the optimal operating conditions of separation and refinement of Shaoyao Gancao detecoction. Results HPD100 adsorption resin has good performance and desorption effects when it separate and refine Shaoyao-Gancao decoction in the following technological conditions : the eluting reagent was 70 % ethanol, the ratio of medical raw to resin was 1 :1, the concentration of paeoniflorin was O.05g/mL,and this condition, the retention rate of paeoniflorin, glycyrrhizin, glycyrrhizic well be used to in tern were 79.1%,80.6%, 74.3%. Conclusion Judging from the retention rate of comoonent indicators, HPD100 can refine ShanvanGancao decoction better.
