彩色多普勒超声诊断宫内特殊异位妊娠的临床价值

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在宫内特殊异位妊娠诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析经手术病理和/或临床证实的宫内特殊异位妊娠29例,分析其经阴道和/或联合经腹彩色多普勒超声声像图表现,总结声像图特点,并分析误诊原因。结果宫角妊娠21例,超声定位诊断符合率71.4%（15/21）,其中5例可疑,1例误诊输卵管间质妊娠;剖宫产术后疤痕妊娠7例,超声定位诊断符合率57.1%（4/7）,其中3例可疑;宫颈妊娠1例。结论彩色多普勒超声检查对宫内特殊异位妊娠的诊断有着较重要的价值,对临床选择治疗方案有指导意义。

Clinical Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Ectopic Implantation Diagnosis

Objective To explore the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosing ectopic implantation.Methods Based on reviewing 29 clinical cases of ectopic implantation,analyzing Doppler ultrasound diagnosing via vagina or abdomen,conclusion was drawn according to the ultrasound results and the reasons for mistakes in diagnosis.Results There are 21 cases of ectopic implantation among whom there is one mistake in diagnosis of tubal interstitial pregnancy,5 suspicious cases of misdiagnosis.The positive diagnosis rate is 71.4%.There are 7 cases of Uterine cornual pregnancy among whom there are 3 suspicious cases.The positive ultrasound diagnosis rate is 57.1%.There is one suspicious case of Cervical pregnancy.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound method is very important in special ectopic implantation and will provide guidance for clinical diagnosis.
