红花多糖提取工艺优化研究

摘    要:目的优选红花多糖的提取工艺。方法以红花多糖为评价指标,通过单因素考察和正交实验设计,优化红花多糖的提取工艺,并对最佳提取工艺进行工艺验证。结果红花多糖的最佳提取工艺为:提取时间每次1.5h,料液比为1:20,提取3次,提取温度为80℃。结论以优化的红花多糖提取工艺提取的红花多糖破坏较小、收率较高,是一种有效的红花多糖提取方法。

Abstract:Objective To research the optimal conditions of extraction about Safflower polysaccharide.Methods The conditions of extraction were used on single factors and orthogonal experiment,to get the best conditions,then making a verification of the conditions.Results The optimal conditions as follows:the extracting time is 1.5 h each time for 3 times,solid-liquid ratio is 1:20,Conclusion In the optimal conditions,to get Safflower polysaccharide with low distruction and high recovery rate.It means this condition is an effective method.
