健胃消胀颗粒对功能性消化不良患者胃排空的影响

目的：观察健胃消胀颗粒治疗功能性消化不良（肝胃不和型）的临床疗效和安全性,以及应用健胃消胀颗粒前后功能性消化不良（FD）患者的胃排空的变化。方法：将60例FD患者随机分成两组,治疗组服用健胃消胀颗粒,对照组采用吗丁啉观察两组疗效。结果：治疗组有效率为93.33%,对照组有效率为76.67%,治疗组疗效明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。治疗前两组钡条排空率无显著差异（P〉0.05）,治疗后两组排空率及有显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论：健胃消胀颗粒能明显改善FD患者的主要临床症状优于西药吗叮淋治疗。健胃消胀颗粒能明显提高FD患者的钡条排空率,促进胃动力。

The Therapeutic Effect and Security of JianweiXiaozhang Keli in Treating FD

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect and security of JianweiXiaozhang Keli in treating FD（ caused by disharmony ofliver and stomach） ,and compare the difference gasrointestmal motility before and after treatmentin the both group. Methods：60 cases which accord with diagnostic standard of FD were divided into two groups. Control group is treated with motilium,treatment group is treated with Jianwei Xiaozhang Keli. Results：The overall effectivr rate of thetreatment group is 93. 33% ,while the control group is 76. 67% ,which indicates the therapeutic efficacy of the treatment group is better than group control（ P 0. 05）. Before treatment,the gastric emptying time of both groups had no notable difference（ P 0. 05）. After treatment the gastric emptying rate both groups had notable difference（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion：Jianwei Xiaozhang Keli could relieve the symptoms of FD patients. Its effective power surpassed motilium; Jianwei Xiaozhang Keli could promote gastric dynamic and improve the living quality of FD patients.
