补肾丹对D-gal致衰老模型大鼠细胞因子IL-2、IL-6的影响

目的：研究补肾丹对亚急性衰老模型大鼠的调节免疫功能的作用。方法：清洁级健康Wistar大鼠,雄性,体重200±20g,77只。随机分为7组：正常对照组、金匮肾气丸组、补肾丹高、中、低剂量组、维生素E组、模型组。采用D-半乳糖致亚急性衰老法,除空白组外,各组腹腔注射D-gal（250mg/kg·d）60d,造成大鼠拟衰老动物模型。正常对照组和模型对照组给等体积的生理盐水,中药对照组同时给予金匮肾气丸0.72g/kg·d灌胃,补肾丹高、中、低剂量组同时分别给予相当于生药2.7g/kg·d、1.35g/kg·d、0.675g/kg·d灌胃。西药对照组每日灌服维生素E0.027g/kg·d,每日1次,共60d。观察血清中白介素2（IL-2）和白介素6（IL-6）的水平变化。结论：补肾丹各剂量组可不同程度升高D-gal所致衰老模型大鼠的IL-2,降低IL-6的含量,从而增强机体免疫功能,起到延缓衰老,增强老年机体的抗病能力的作用。

Efffcts of Invigorate Kidney Cinnabar on Contents of Serum IL-2 and IL-6 in the Aging Rats Incuced by D-galatctos

Objective：To study invigorate kidney cinnabar for the subacute aging rats regulate immune function.Methods：77 Wistar rats,divided equally 7 groups by randomly：normal control group,model group,Chinese medicine group,western medicine group,invigorate kidney cinnabar high-dose,middle-dose,low-dose groups.Using the aging models induced by D-galactose in rat,normal control group lavage NS equally,Chinese medicine group lavage Jinkui-kidney cinnabar（0.72 g/kg·d）,meanwhile invigorate kidney cinnabar high-dose,middle-dose,low-dose groups give invigorate kidney cinnabar 2.7 g/kg·d,1.35 g/kg·d,0.675 g/kg·d（to crude drug）,western medicines group lavage Vitamin E 0.027 g/kg·d.It lasts 60 days.Determination of serum levels of interleukin-2（IL-2）,interleukin-6（IL-6）.Conclusion：The invigorate kidney cinnabar can increase the aging rat＇s serum level of IL-2 and reduce serum level of IL-6.Thereby,the invigorate kidney can enhance the immune function and the resistance,anti-aging,then to prevent premature senility.
