中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效观察

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法：采用中西医结合疗法治疗冠心病心绞痛56例,并设单纯西药治疗44例为对照组。疗程30d。结果：心绞痛症状疗效治疗组显效20例,改善30例,基本无效6例,有效率89.3%;对照组显效10例,改善20例,无效14例,有效率68.1%。两组比较有显著差异（P〈0.05）。心电图疗效治疗组显效21例,改善17例,无改变18例,有效率67.9%;对照组显效10例,改善12例,无改变22例,有效率50.0%。两组疗效比较亦有显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效可靠。

The Curative Observation of Chinese and Western Medicine on Coronary Heart Disease and Angina

Objective：To approach clinical curative effect of Chinese and western medicine to treat coronary heart disease and angina. Methods：56 cases of patients were treated with Chinese and western medicine and 44 cases of patients were treated with western medi-cine as control team. 1 month is a course of treatment. Results：The symptom curative effect excellence is 20 cases,amelioration is 30 cases,basic nullity is 6 cases and utility rate is 89. 3% in treatment team and excellence is 10 cases,amelioration is 20 cases,basic nullity is14 cases and utility rate is 68. 1% in control team. There is significant deviation （ P 0. 05）. ECG curative effect excellence is 21 cases,amelioration is 17 cases,basic nullity is 18cases and utility rate is 67. 9% in treatment team and excellence is 10 cases,amelioration is 12 cases,basic nullity is22 cases and utility rate is 50. 0% in control team. There is significant deviation （ P 0. 05）. Conclusion：The curative effect of Chinese and western medicine to treat coronary heart disease angina is reliable.
