溶血磷脂酸与短暂性脑缺血及中药的调节作用

目的：探讨溶血磷脂酸（LPA）与短暂性脑缺血发作（TIA）的关系及中药的调节作用。方法：分析LPA在血小板聚集及血栓形成中的作用,LPA与动脉粥样硬化之间的关系,血浆LPA水平在TIA临床中的意义,及中药对LPA的调节作用。结果：LPA可促进血小板聚集及血栓的形成、可激发急性血栓形成时血小板的应答机制,TIA患者的血浆LPA水平明显升高,活血化瘀中药可降低TIA患者血浆LPA水平。结论：LPA作为TIA预警因子,在TIA临床诊治中具有重要意义,中药通过干预LPA而防治TIA是新的思路。

The Regulation of Chinese Crude Drug to Lysophosphatidic Acid and Transient Ischemic Attack

Objective：To investigate the relationship between Lysophosphatidic acid（LPA）and transient ischemic attack（TIA） and the adjusting role of Chinese medicine.Methods：analyzed the role of LPA in the platelet aggregation and thrombosis formation,analyzed the relationship between LPA and atherosclerosis,analyzing the clinical significance of plasma LPA levels in TIA ,and discussed on regulating role of Chinese medicine on LPA.Results：LPA could promote the aggregation of platelet and the formation of thrombosis,and could stimulate the response mechanism of platelet during the formation of acute thrombosis.The plasma LPA levels of TIA patients was Significantly higher.Chinese medicine of elimination stasis by promoting blood circulation could reduce the plasma LPA levels in TIA patients.Conclusion：As a warning factor,LPA had the very important significance in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of TIA.The method of Chinese medicine to prevent TIA by interfering LPA was a new idea.
