橘红痰咳泡腾片制备工艺的研究

摘    要:目的优选橘红痰咳泡腾片的制备工艺,提高制剂稳定性。方法采用L9(34)正交实验方法,以崩解时间作为考察指标,考察酸碱比例、制粒方法、酸碱总量三因素对橘红痰咳泡腾片制备工艺的影响。结果优选出工艺为A1B2C2,即酸碱比例为1:1,制粒方法为聚乙二醇包裹法,酸碱总量为37%。结论该工艺优于常规工艺,切实可行。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the preparation procedure of the Juhong Tanke effervescent tablets for the stability of preparation. Methods The collapse time was used as the index to evaluate the technologies based on orthogonal test ,in which the proportion between the citricacid and the sodium bicarbonate, the granulating methods and the total of the acid-base were considered as three main technology factors. Results procedure condition was A1B1C2 , which were with the proportion of 1 : 1, encapsulated by glycol and 37% of the acid-base in total amount. Conclusion The new procedure is superior to The optimum polyethylene the traditional procedure, and it is reliable and efficient to improve the stability.
