咳特灵含片主要药效学研究

目的研究咳特灵含片的镇咳、止痛、抗炎和抑菌作用。方法建立模型对照组、咳特灵含片给药组、阳性药对照组。对咳特灵含片的镇咳作用、止痛作用和抗炎抑菌作用进行试验。结果咳特灵含片能延长小鼠和大鼠的咳嗽潜伏期,并能减少咳嗽次数(P0.05);能减少小鼠扭体次数(P0.05),显著抑制福尔马林致痛小鼠的慢痛(P0.01);能抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀,抑制大鼠肉芽肿增生(P0.05);对金黄色葡萄球菌感染的小鼠有保护作用,在体外对金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎链球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、肺炎克雷伯杆菌等常见呼吸道致病菌具有较强的抑制作用(P0.05)。结论咳特灵含片具有明显的镇咳、止痛、抗炎和抑菌作用。

Study on Mein Effects of Keteling Buccal Tablets

Objective To study the effects of Keteling buccal tablets on relieving cough, killing pain, anti- inflammation and anti-bacteria. Methods The experiment was performed by the comparison of blank, Keteling buccal tablets and positive control groups. The ammonia and citric-acid coughing test in mice, the acetic acid and formalin pain test in mice, the ear edema and dimethyl-benzene induced auricular edema test in mice, the in vivo and in vitro anti-bacteria test in mice were adopted for evaluating the effects of Keteling buccal tablets. Results Keteling buccal tablets can prolong the delitescence of coughing and reduce the cough times （P〈0.05）, can reduce twisting times of mice caused by acetic acid （P〈0.05）, can obviously kill chronic pain in mice caused by formalin （P〈0.01）, can inhibit the ear edema and auricular edema（P〈0.05）, can protect Staphylococcus aureus infection in mice and can inhibit Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcuspneumoniae etc., in the solution （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Keteling buccal tablets has effects on relieving cough, relieving pain, anti-inflammation and inhibit bacteria.
