| 摘 要： | 目的：利用正交实验,研究当归中阿魏酸供试品制备的最佳条件。方法：利用药典检测方法,采用L9（34）正交实验表安排提取方法、药材形状、提取时间3个因素设计正交实验。结果：阿魏酸供试品制备的最佳方法为用极薄片超声波法提取20min。结论：用本实验方法制备供试品时间短,效率高,是制备阿魏酸供试品的最佳方法。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the optimum condition in preparative condition of ferulaic acid in angelica by perpendicular experiment.Methods：The L9（34） was used to plan extraction,medicinal substances shape and extraction time and the dispensatory detected method was be used.Results：The optimum condition in preparative condition of ferulaic acid in angelica was extract 20 min by using thin slice and supersonic.Conclusion：Using this experiment method to preparative ferulaic acid was the optimum method for short time and efficient. |
