摘    要:目的探索土壤水分对荔枝草生长和高车前苷含量的影响。方法通过人工浇水方式控制土壤含水量,定时采样,测定荔枝草生物量和高车前苷含量,分析其对土壤水分的响应。结果在土壤含水率45~55%的正常湿润条件下,荔枝草的生物量和全株高车前苷总含量均较高。结论湿润环境有利于荔枝草的生长和总高车前苷的积累。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of soil moisture on the growth and homoplangaginin content of S.Plebeia.Methods The control of soil moisture by means of artificial watering,regular sampling,determine the biomass and homoplangaginin content of S.plebeian,and to analyze its effects on soil moisture response.Results In the normal wet conditions about water of 45~55%,it was the best for the total content of homoplangaginin and biomass accumulation from S.plebeia.Conclusion The moist environment is conducive to the growth and homoplangaginin accumulation of S.plebeia .
