摘    要:目的优选香砂平胃颗粒最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法进行优选,高效液相色谱法测定厚朴中厚朴酚的含量。结果最佳提取工艺为分三次加18倍量65%乙醇,提取时间为2h。结论该提取工艺合理、可行。

Abstract:Objective The process of the optimal extraction for Xiangshapingwei granules was investigated in this paper. Methods The orthogonal test was employed for selecting the optimum of extraction process and the contents of Magnolol were detected by HPLC. Results The best extraction process was that the extraction time was 2 h , adding 18 times of 65% alcohol and extraction for 3 times. Conclusion The method was reasonable and feasible.
