| 摘 要： | 崔公让教授认为糖尿病坏疽早期病机以阴虚为本,燥热为标;而坏疽发生的病机则为阴愈虚,燥愈热,耗气损阳,终致阴阳俱虚,湿热血瘀。治疗时应注重整体,突出局部,做到标本兼治。在整体辨证用药的基础上,针对缺血和感染两大主要病因,采用适当的中西医结合外治措施,可及时地缓解疼痛、减少感染,有效防止坏死面积扩大。同时强调治疗时要循序渐进,把握时机,切勿操之过急。
