摘    要:目的建立一种高效液相色谱方法测定百合知母汤中芒果苷和新芒果苷的含量。方法 Agilent TC-C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈和0.033%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱;流速:1mL·min-1;检测波长:310nm。结果芒果苷和新芒果苷分别在3.32~66.4μg·mL-1(r=0.9998)、2.58~51.6μg·mL-1(r=0.9999)范围内呈良好的线性关系。结论本方法简便、准确、可靠,可用于百合知母汤中芒果苷和新芒果苷的含量测定。

Abstract:Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of mangiferin and neomangiferin in Baihe Zhimu Decoction.Methods The determination was performed on Agilent TC-C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with a grient mobile phase composed of acetionitrile and 0.033% phosphoric acid.The detection wave- length was 310 nm,and the flow rate was 1 mL·min-1.Results The linearity was obtained over the concentration range of 3.32~66.4 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 8) for mangiferin and 2.58~51.6 μg·mL-1( r=0.999 9) for neomangiferin.Conclusion This method is smiple,accurate,reliable and is suitable for determination of mangiferin and neomangiferin.
