地黄管食通口服液对食管癌造模大鼠放疗后细胞因子IFN-γ、TNF-α影响的观察

目的：观察地黄管食通口服液对食管癌造模大鼠放疗后细胞因子IFN-γ、TNF-α影响。方法：对不同剂量的地黄管食通口服液灌服放疗后的食管癌造模大鼠,采取放免法对其细胞因子IFN-γ、TNF-α水平进行检测,并与空白对照组、单纯模型组配对对比。结果：地黄管食通口服液具有明显的调节放疗后的食管癌造模大鼠的细胞因子作用,具体表现在该制剂可以下调TNF-α水平与正常空白组接近,上调IFN-γ水平,与单纯放疗组有显著性差异。体现了该制剂的免疫调节及抗肿瘤疗效。
