买麻藤总茋化合物提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的确定买麻藤总茋化合物的最佳提取工艺。方法以总茋化合物提取率和固含物得率为评价指标,比较水煎煮法、乙醇回流法和乙醇渗漉法的优劣,并采用L9(34)正交实验对乙醇回流法进行了工艺优选。结果三种提取方法以乙醇回流法为优,最佳提取工艺为A1B1C2D3,即用6倍量60%的乙醇,回流3次,每次1.5h。结论优选工艺合理、稳定、简单、可行。

Abstract:Objective To determine the best extraction process for stilbenes from Caulis Gnetum.Methods Three different kinds of methods were compared with extraction rate of stilbenes and yield rate of solid objects as indexes,and the optimum process with ethanol extraction method was evaluated by L9(34) orthogonal experiment.Results The ethanol re? uxing extraction method was the best one in the three different kinds of methods,and optimum condition was A1B1C2D3,as using 6 times amount of 60% ethanol,extracted three times for 1.5 hours per time.Conclusion The optimized process was reasonable,stable,simple and feasible.
