桔梗主要农艺性状配合力的初步分析

摘    要:目的对桔梗农艺性状进行了配合力分析,为培育桔梗新品种提供依据。方法选用2个桔梗雄性不育系作母本和10个四代自交系作父本,采用NCⅡ不完全双列杂交设计,组配2×10杂交组合,对株高、主茎粗度、单根鲜重等13个农艺性状进行了配合力分析。结果父本M96和M100地上部性状一般配合力效应值较高;父本M94和M100单株鲜重的一般配合力效应值较高,是配制高产组合的理想亲本。F102作为母本可以配制出根形良好且单根重优势明显的组合。结论通过对遗传力的分析,培育桔梗新品种宜从株高、一级分枝数、果实数进行早代选择。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the combining ability of agronomic characters in P.grandi florum in order to provide a basis for breeding new varieties.Methods 20 combination from 2 male sterile lines as female parent being crossed with 10 four-generation inbred lines as male parent,according to the method of 2 ×10 incomplete diallel cross were used for the analysis of the 13 agronomic characters.Results The general combining ability(GCA) value of the aerial characters in M96 and M100 male parents was the most highest.The GCA value of average fresh weight of root in M94 and M100 was the most highest,which indicated they were ideal parents for high production combination.F102 can be used as female parent for good root-shape and obvious advantages average fresh weight of root combination.Conclusion Based on the heritability analysis results,plant height,primary branch number and fruit number might be selected in the early generation.
