| 摘 要： | 目的确定温郁金不同药用部位根茎及块根的适宜采收期。方法记录其根茎和块根生物产量、折干率,比较生长期内干物质积累动态,并测定根茎浸出物和挥发油含量。结果温郁金根茎单株产量、浸出物含量下降的趋势和挥发油含量最大值出现在8月中旬极不一致,不能以含量作为主要考虑指标。结论温郁金的适宜采收期应为11月中旬～12月下旬。

| Abstract: | Objective To ascertain the optimal harvest time of the rhizomes and tubers of Curcuma wenyujin. Methods To record the biological output and exsiccation rate of the rhizomes and tuber, compare the dry matter accumulation tendency during growth period, and determine contents of extraction and essential oil of the rhizomes. Results There was in the middle of August which the decreasing tendency of per plant yield and extract, and the highest content of essential oil appeared at this time from rhizome and tuber of C. wenyujin. Conclusion It showed that it can not take contents as index, the suitable harvesting time of C. wenyujin is from the middle of November to the end of December. |
