三七种内同工酶遗传多样性分析

摘    要:目的从遗传学角度探讨三七遗传多样性。方法采用同工酶标记对文山三七、广西三七、黄果三七、紫果三七及其近缘野生种屏边三七遗传多样性进行分析。结果文山三七的PPB值(64.29)、Shannon值数(0.3058)、Nei’s基因多样性指数(0.1994)均为最高。结论文山与广西三七亲缘关系较近聚为一类,黄果与紫果三七聚为一类,屏边三七单独聚类。

Abstract:Objective To study the genetic diversity of Panax notoginseng.Methods Genetic diversity among Wenshan Sanqi,Guangxi Sanqi,Huangguo Sanqi,Ziguo Sanqi and their wild relatives Pingbian Sanqi were evaluated by isozyme markers.Results Wenshan Sanqi PPB(64.29),Shannon index(0.305 8)、 Nei's genetic diversity index(0.199 4)are highest.AMOVA analysis showed that only 28.57% of genetic variance distributed within species,and 71.43% among species.The variation of genetic distance between groups ranged from 0.131 2 to 1.108 8,and the gene flow ranged from 0.2 to 6.857.Conclusion UPGMA cluster analysis based on Nei'S genetic distance could divide the four groups into three clusters:Wenshan and Guangxi,Huangguo and Ziguo,Pingbian cluster alone.
