中医综合干预对糖尿病中高危足患者自护能力的影响

目的：探讨足部反射区按摩和中药浴足等中医综合干预措施对糖尿病（diabetes mellitus，DM）中高危足患者自护能力的影响。方法：60例DM中高危足患者，按入院顺序随机分为试验组和对照组，在中西医药物基本治疗相同的基础上，对照组给予常规健康教育；试验组在常规健康教育基础上，给予足部反射区按摩和中药浴足。分别于综合干预前和干预2个月后采用“2型糖尿病病人自护行为量表”评价自护能力。结果：试验组总体自护积分及在足部调理、高低血糖处理和饮食控制方面与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：足部反射区按摩和中药浴足等综合干预较单纯常规健康教育，能明显提高DM中高危足患者的自护能力，有效预防糖尿病足（diabetic foot，Dr）的发生。

Effect of TCM Combined Intervention on Self-care Ability of Patients with Diabetic Foot of Mid-and-High Risk

Objective：To study the effect of combined nursing methods of foot reflex zone massage and Chinese herb pediluvium on self-care ability of patients with diabetic foot of mid-and-high risk.Methods：60 cases were randomly assigned to 2 groups according to admission order,namely control group（treated with general health education based on conventional therapy of diabetes mellitus）and experimental group（treated with foot reflex zone massage and Chinese herb pediluvium based on control group）.The self-care ability was respectively evaluated before and 2 months after intervention with self-care behavior scale of type 2 diabetic patients.Results：The overall self-care score and the score of feet care,treatment of abnormal blood glucose and diet control of experimental group were statistically significant compared with control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Compared with general health education,foot reflex zone massage and Chinese herb pediluvium and other integrated intervention can significantly improve the self-care ability of patients with diabetic foot of mid-and-high risk,and effectively prevent the occurrence of diabetic foot.
