固表健脾方治疗小儿肺脾两虚型过敏性鼻炎35例

目的：探讨固表健脾方治疗小儿肺脾两虚型过敏感性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法：将70例过敏感性鼻炎的患儿随机分为两组，其中中医治疗组35例，应用自拟固表健脾方加减，每日1剂；西药对照组35例，口服氯雷他定，体重〉30kg，每次10mg，1；L／d；体重≤30kg，每次5mg，1次／d。苯海拉明麻黄素滴鼻，每日3次。28d为1疗程，1疗程后评定疗效。结果：治疗组35例，治愈9例，显效11例，有效10例，无效5例，有效率85．0％；对照组35例，治愈4例，显效6例，有效10例，无效15例，有效率57．0％，治疗组明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗组未见不良反应，对照组出现4例不良反应。结论：固表健脾方治疗小儿肺脾两虚型过敏感性鼻炎疗效好，副作用小，具有临床推广价值。

35 Cases of Pediatric Allergic Rhinitis of Pulmonosplenic Asthenia Type Treated by Gu Biao Jian Pi Decoction

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of Gu Biao Jian Pi Decoction in the treatment of pediatric sensitive rhinitis of pulmonosplenic asthenia type.Methods：70 cases of sensitive rhinitis were randomly divided into two groups.One was given Chinese medicine treatment with 35 cases,which were treated with modified Gu Biao Jian Pi Decoction,once a day,600 ml water decocted into 150-200 ml administrated two times;the control group with 35 cases were given oral loratadine.If the body weight is bigger than 30 kg,10 mg per day,1/d;if the body weight is no more than 30 kg,5 mg per day,1/d.Diphenhydramine ephedrine for nose drops,3 times a day.28 days a course of treatment,after one course of treatment efficacy was evaluated.Results：Among 35 cases in the treatment group,excellence in 13 cases,effective in 18 cases,ineffective in 4 cases,efficiency rate was 88.57%;in the control group with 35 cases,excellence in 7 cases,effective in 11 cases,ineffective in 17 cases,efficiency rate was 51.43%.The treatment group was significantly superior to the control group（P〈0.05）;no adverse reaction appeared in the treatment group,while the control group occurred four cases of adverse reactions.Conclusion：The use of Gu Biao Jian Pi Decoction in treating pediatric allergic rhinitis of pulmonosplenic asthenia type had good efficacy,little side effects,which is worth spreading in clinical practice.
