| 摘 要： | 原发性肝癌发现时多为中晚期,已发生肝内或远处转移,或由于合并有严重的肝硬化,已失去手术的最佳治疗时机,且放疗、化疗效果均不理想,中医药在肝癌的治疗中有着极其重要的优势,以整体观念为指导,主张辨证与辨病相结合、内服与外敷相结合、中医与西医相结合,在改善肝癌患者症状、减轻放化疗毒副反应、增强放化疗疗效、延长生存期、提高生存质量、防止肝癌复发和转移等方面取得了良好的疗效。

| Abstract: | As the PLC always is found at advanced stage,with metastasis or cirrhosis,it has lost the best time for surgery and chemotherapy.Chinese medicine has great advantage in treating liver cancer.Under the guidance of holistic concept,it combined with syndrome and disease,oral medicinal herbs and external application,Chinese medicine and western medicine,and showed the advantages in improving symptoms,reducing side effects,strengthening chemotherapeutic efficacy,prolonging survival time and preventing recurrence and metastasis. |
