柳氮磺胺吡啶口服加中药灌肠治疗60例溃疡性结肠炎临床观察

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果。方法：将纤维肠镜确诊的100例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为中西医结合治疗组和西医治疗组。中西医结合治疗组（60例）用清热解毒、活血化瘀的中药灌肠,益气健脾化湿的中药内服,配合西药柳氮磺胺吡啶口服治疗;西医治疗组（40例）单用柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗。治疗2疗程后,观察两组的近期疗效、远期疗效。结果：中西医结合治疗组的临床治愈率为93.3%,西医治疗组的临床治愈率为80.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中药内服、灌肠,配合柳氮磺胺吡啶口服治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效优于单用柳氮磺胺吡啶。

The Clinical Observation of Sulfasalazine Orally Combining Chinese Medicine Coloclysis on treating 60 Cases of Ulcerative Colitis

Objective：To approach the clinical effect of Chinese medicine with western medicine to treat ulcerative colitis. Methods：100 cases of patients that final diagnosis with intestinal fiberscope was randomly divided into Chinese medicine with western medicine group and western medicine group. The former （ 60 cases ） was given an enema with Chinese medicine that is heatclearing and detoxicating and promoting blood flow,and taken Chinese medicine that is nourishing qi to invigorate spleen to eliminate dampness,matched sulfasalazine orally. The later （ 40 cases） was treated with sulfasalazine. After 2 course of treatment,it observes curative effect in the near future and prostecdtive efficacy. Results：The clinical cure rate is 93. 3% in Chinese medicine with western medicine group and 80. 0% in western medicine group. The difference has statistical significance（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion：The curative effect of Chinese medicine with western medicine had better effect than sulfasalazine totreat ulcerative colitis.
