中药复方对腹主动脉缩窄大鼠血浆醛固酮水平的影响

目的：探讨中药复方对腹主动脉缩窄大鼠血浆醛固酮（ALD）水平的干预作用。方法：银夹法建立腹主动脉缩窄大鼠模型,用放免法进行血浆ALD检测,观察中药复方对大鼠左室心肌质量指数（LVMI）、病理形态胶原染色和血浆ALD改变的干预作用。结果：造模56d时左室心肌质量指数、血浆ALD表达模型组较假手术组显著升高（P〈0.01）,中药复方组较模型组显著降低（P〈0.01）。结论：腹主动脉缩窄大鼠所致心肌纤维化血浆ALD水平发生改变;中药复方可延缓甚至逆转心肌的纤维化进程。

Effects of Chinese Herb Formula on The Level of Plasma ALD in Rats Model with Abdominal Aortic Banding

Objection：To investigate the effects of chinese herb formula on left the level of plasma ALD in abdominal aortic banding model rats. Methods：We established abdominal aortic banding rats model with silver clip. The level of ALD was measured after immunohistochemistry stain and then we observed the effacts of chinese herb formula. Results：In the 8th week,LVMI,the level of ALD were incressed obviously in model group,compared whit shamoperation group （ P 0. 01） ; and comparing to model group,these index were decreased in chinese herb formula group. Conclusion：This study supports that the level of plasma ALD increased in model rat with my-ocardial fibrosis established by partially abdominal aorta banding; chinese herb formula delay even deteriorate the process of myocardial fibrosis.
