| 摘 要： | 目的：验证消疹散在治疗肺腺癌中降低吉非替尼副作用的临床效果。方法：将60例放化疗失败的肺腺癌病人分为消疹散加吉非替尼组与单纯吉非替尼组比较治疗效果。结果：各级比较两组皮疹发生率差异有显著意义,两组疗效比较差异无显著意义。结论：中药消疹散可以有效降低吉非替尼引起的皮疹反应,但没有降低其治疗作用。

| Abstract: | Objective：to check the clinical effect of the powder for removing rashes to degrade the side effect of gefitinib in treating adenocarcinoma of lung.Methods：60 cases of patients suffering adenocarcinoma of lung after radiotherapy and chemotherapy failure were divided into the powder for removing rashes united Gefitinib group and Gefitinib group.Results：the incidence rate of erythra and the clinical effect had the significance difference in two groups.Conclusion：the powder for removing rashes could cut down the rashes reaction induced by Gefitinib but could not degrade its therapeutic action. |
