九香虫抗凝血作用的研究

摘    要:目的研究九香虫的抗凝血作用。方法采用毛细玻管法观察九香虫水煎液对正常小鼠及"寒凝血瘀"模型小鼠凝血时间的影响,研究其体内抗凝血作用;通过二磷酸腺苷(ADP)诱导的家兔血小板聚集试验,考察九香虫水煎液的体外抗凝作用。结果九香虫水煎液灌胃给药可显著提高正常小鼠及"寒凝血瘀"模型小鼠的凝血时间,九香虫低(0.03g/Kg)、中(0.05g/Kg)、高(0.1g/Kg)剂量组的药效作用呈现量效关系,但当剂量升高至1g/Kg及以上时,发现作用效果反成下降趋势,提示小剂量优于高剂量;九香虫水煎液体外可抑制家兔血小板聚集。结论九香虫水煎液具有明显的抗凝血作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the blood anticoagulation effects of Aspongopus chinensis Dallas.Methods Using glass-tube method to observe clotting time,and research anticoagulation effects in vivo for platelet aggregation induced by adenosine diphosphate in rabbit.Results The water extraction of A.chinensis showed that it had significant effects of prolonging the clotting time of healthy mouse and pathological model of cold coagulation and blood stasis type mouse.With doses of 0.03,0.05 and 0.1 g·kg-1,the results present doseeffect relationship,while with doses of 1 g·kg-1 or above,the clotting time shows downtrend effects.This has implications for us while use Aspongopus chinensis in clinical applications for treatment of anticoagulation,the small dose is superior to high dose.Conclusion The result showed that the water extraction of Aspongopus chinensis had the effects on the blood anticoagulation in vitro and in vivo.
