中医药对癌症恶病质的治疗分析

癌症恶病质（CC）是晚期恶性肿瘤最常见的临床综合征之一,也是导致癌症患者死亡的重要原因之一。目前大多数研究证实其发病机制主要与糖类、脂肪、蛋白质异常代谢、宿主免疫系统产生致炎细胞因子（TNF-α、IL1、IL6、IFN-γ）及肿瘤产生的分解代谢因子（脂质动员因子（LMF）、蛋白质水解诱导因子（PIF））的释放等有关。中医药治疗除影响三大代谢及介质因子的作用外,还可以调控疾病的相关基因。现就近些年来癌症恶病质的中医药实验研究进展作一综述。

Analysis on the Treatment of Cancer Cachexia with Traditional Chinese Medicine

Cancer cachexia（CC）is not only one of the most common clinical syndromes of advanced cancer,but also one of the major causes of cancer patients＇ death.Most existing studies confirm its pathogenesis mainly concerns with the abnormal metabolism of carbohydrates,fats and proteins as well as the release of proinflammatory cytokines（TNF-α,IL1,IL6,IFN-γ）produced by host immune system and tumor-generated catabolic factors（lipid mobilizing factor（LMF）,proteolysis inducing factor（PIF））.In addition to impact on three major metabolisms and the role of media factors,traditional Chinese medicine also can control disease-related genes.Progress in the area of experimental research of Cancer Cachexia with traditional Chinese medicine is reviewed in this paper.
