中西医结合治疗慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭临床研究

目的：观察中西医结合治疗慢性肺源性心脏病（肺心病）心力衰竭的疗效。方法：将86例肺心病患者随机平均分为治疗组和对照组,每组43人,两组均给予抗炎、平喘、强心、利尿等常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予自拟益化养心汤,每日1剂,10d为1疗程。结果：治疗组有效率90.7%,与对照组比有明显差异（P〈0.05）。结论：中西药联合治疗肺心病心力衰竭有较好的临床疗效。

Clinical Research of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine in Treating Chronic Cor Pulmonale

Objective：To observe the curative effect of combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of chronic cor pulmonale hf.Methods：86 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and cortrol group,each group has 43 cases,given anti inflammatory and strong heart,relieves asthma,diuresis,conventional treatment,the treatment group based on routine treatment given to the benefit from the heart,one day,soup,10 days for treatment.Results：the total effective rate in treatment group was 90.7%,they have obvious difference（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion：combined treatment of cor pulmonale traditional has good clinical curative effect.
