安福雷颗粒剂对奶牛乳房炎主要致病菌的体外抑菌试验

摘    要:目的:观察安福雷颗粒剂体外抑菌效果,为中药防治乳房炎提供实验依据。方法:采用琼脂平板扩散法(牛津杯法),选用安福雷颗粒剂对奶牛乳房炎4种主要致病菌进行体外抑菌试验。结果:安福雷颗粒剂抑菌试验金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌环直径为21.00mm,表皮葡萄球菌的抑菌环直径为26.52mm,停乳链球菌的抑菌环直径为17.68mm,大肠杆菌的抑菌环直径为11.31mm。结论:安福雷颗粒剂对奶牛乳房炎致病菌有较好的体外抑菌效果,尤其是革兰氏阳性菌,为中草药防治奶牛乳房炎提供了实验依据。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of Anfulei granules in vitro antibacterial,and provide a theoretical basis for prevention and treatment of mastitis by Chinese herbal medicine. Methods:Use the agar diffusion method ( Oxford cup method) ,and select the Anfulei granule to do vitro antibacterial agents on 4 main pathogens of cow mastitis. Results:The bacteriostasis ring diameter of Anfulei Granules on the Staphylococcus aureus is 21. 00 mm,on the Staphylococcus epidermidis is 26. 52 mm,on the Streptococcus dysgalactiae is 17. 68 mm,on the Escherichia coli is 11. 31 mm. Conclusion:The external bacteriostasis effect of Anfulei Granules is better,especially in Gram -positive bacteria,which provide an experimental basis for prevention and treatment of cow mastitis by Chinese herbal medicine.
