| 摘 要： | 目的：观察从肺论治原发性IgA肾病的临床疗效。方法：将118例患者随机分为治疗组60例和对照组58例,治疗组在对照组基础上加用中医从肺论治、辨证分型,对照组采用抗感染、抗凝、激素、免疫抑制剂、降压、保护肾功能等治疗,观察治疗后的疗效。结果：治疗组有效率86.7%,对照组有效率67.2%,差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。结论：从肺论治原发性IgA肾病可获得较好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective ：To study the clinical therapeutic effect of Primary IgA Nephropathy with treating from Lung. Methods：Totally 118 cases patients were randomly divided into 60 cases of treatment group and 58 cases of control group. Treating from Lung by Chinese medicine Syndrome Differentiation and basic treatment were used in treatment group,The basic treatment,such as antiinfection,anticolation,glucocorticoid,immunosuppressant,antihypertension,protection of renal function etc. were used in control group. To observe therapeutic effect of treatment. Results：The total effective rates of treatment and control group were 86. 7% and 67. 2% respectively. There was significant difference between both groups（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion：Treating from Lung has better therapeutic effect on primary IgA nephropathy patients. |
